Workshops

The purpose of this workshop series is to give kids ages 11 and up an understanding of how to make music digitally. We would begin with basic recording and MIDI concepts, and explore the giant world of synthesizers and drum machines. While there will be plenty of time spent learning, this workshop will also feature time for students to write their own music! This workshop is aimed at students who have either an interest in recording or producing music. All participants will need to bring a device that has Garage Band downloaded onto it. By the end of the week, each student would have a song/beat to take home!
